I realize this is a well-known quote and it's nothing immensely profoudn or anything, but what's "Stupid is as stupid does" (from the movie Forest Gump) mean to you? Or in general?

i dont know what it means but im guessing it means if you act stupid then you are stupid!!! oh and i love that movie forest gump its holerious!!!
