Childhood cancer. I have never witnessed so much devastating suffering from children, siblings, mothers, fathers, grandparents, relatives, doctors, medical staff, teachers, schools, childhood neighbors, little friends, and entire communities. For those who have never encountered this first hand, there are no words to describe the horror. A childs face looking to his parents for answers, and there are none. A child wanting only comfort . . and there is none. Two parents rotating shifts for weeks on end to hold their dying child upright since that is the only comforting spot. A mother laying beside her dying child in the hospital and whispering in his ear that is okay to let go . . okay to die. So . . so . . so much pain. So many tears, and nothing to stop it. Faith helps, but not always. There are just too many broken hearts.
If I had the power to resolve any illness it would be to totally eliminate childhood cancer. Watching a child die who has never had the chance to live . . . is totally devastating to all involved.

Isn't Leuchemia a form of cancer? I would solve aids because unlike cancer, once you get aids, you can't get rid of it. When diagnosed with cancer, there is still a possibility to beat it but once you have hiv, there's no cure and then it progresses to aids.

Aids is preventable if you do the right thing!
As leukaemia is cancer, i would choose Cancer to solve first. My daughter had leukaemia, so its really no contest for me what I would choose.

In my book, it would be AIDS. It spreads to others whereas cancer and leukemia are not contagious.

i would pick cancer (leukemia is a cancer). i would choose that one since, all the kids with these cancers could find a cure finally. btw, i'm one of those kids, i have AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia).

I would solve mens' impotence which is the cause of so much suffering. viagra and hormones don't work for me or for many.
Nothing is as important as this in life. NOTHING - not cancer, not AIDS, not MS - impotence is the biggest problem for guys.and their girlfriends and wives.
it's no fun living with a limp schlong. - good for nothing !!!!

i would solve cancer becuse i know it would help little childen like me! And it took my pawpaw ps my grandfather
