when a sighted person close their eyes in the dark ,we see the dark, what does a non sighted person see ?

It depends on the degree of impairment. Not all blind people are completely blind so they wouldn't necessarily see total darkness.
Some can see varying degrees of light, shape of objects, colors, etc..... it all depends on how severe the blindness is.... just as with deafness, not all are profoundly deaf. Those with cochlear implants have to have a certain amount of "hearing" to have the implant.
As with most disabilities, your mileage will vary.

A non sighted person sees nothing, they don't even see dark.
