No, it won't hurt her but keep in mind the formulas for cat food vs. dog food are different due to the different nutritional needs.

Put the cat food up high enough so that the dog can not reach it and leave dry dog food always available. And, perhaps, give the dog treats of cat food.

Naw!! But you should know that dogs are born scavengers! This you will not be able to train out of them. I know some people have said that their dogs won't eat but what they place in front of them; but truth be told, as soon as the alpha dog (read owner/steward) turns his or her back you can bet the dogs tail it will scoop up whatever it finds. This is a condition that the animals are born with. It isn't bred into them it is actually part of their DNA.
Knowing that you should be careful where you are when exercising the faithful brats. Because just as sure as fat dogs fart those little darlin canines will wolf down a found bone before you can stop them. They will eat poison without knowing it!
So now that you know cat food isn't going to harm them just watch the little beggars when they're sniffing around a suspicious bag or such.

My dog loves cat food; but every time he eats it he starts itching. When dogs eat cat food they will sometimes get an allergic reaction and begin itching more. Eating cat food also can cause them to have diarrhea. Though your dog may really want that kitty food it's not really a great idea.

Yes, it can. It has was too high protein levels. The taste is better in cat food, rather than dog food. So, if she won't eat her dog food, you can crumble up one piece of cat food and sprinkle it in her dog food.

Yes. cat foods have other additives specific to the CAT anatomy and physiology. they require different amounts and types of nutrients and vitamins. it could have pretty harmful effects for the dog to ingest inappropriate amounts of these Vita. and nutrients. even the dog has specific requirements in terms of nutrients and additives therefore the cat food would not cover that aspect for the dog and the dog will lack that Vita. or nutrient for their physiological makeup.

In small amounts, cat food is OK, but not as a regular diet, as it produces too much uric acid.. I do use small amounts of kitten kibble as training treats, and before they began adding taurine to dog food, I use to feed cat kibble as a supplement to growing puppies.
