I have just returned from Buenos Aires, and my wife and I found the city so cheap.
We stayed for three weeks.
Restaurants , the best place in town it cost $10 for the main dish.
The small restaurants you can eat for $10 including 1/2 litre of wine!
Taxis are cheap, and there's also a good public transport system.

Argentina was the most expensive city in Latin America five years ago, now their currency is worth only a third .
Anything made in Argentina is real cheap :
Food, clothes , wine. Imports are expensive.

BA is a mixture of Europe, but on the cheap.
There are many book stores, and there is an excellent nightlife.

I have also been to Peru. The Peruvians are sad.
The food is not as good. Also the city suffers from many minor earthquakes, and it's polluted. It use to be cheap , I'm not sure now.

I have been in Lima , but not recently

i believe Argentina is a little greater fee-effective. Peru's distant places money, Nuevo Soles, runs approximately 3 to the greenback. i'm not sure what the fee is for Argentina yet i understand that for community Argentines it somewhat is costly to return and forth to Peru. Peru is incredible nonetheless. you may make it is going to honestly.
