well its kinda easy to guess but here are some to stay away from. Donuts, Fast food, high calorie snacks like candy bars, cookies etc. All those little snacks add up to, what I would do if i was on a diet is totally stay away from fast food.

Here is my theory. You can eat practicly anything you want, just only eat a little. You don't want to starve yourself, just eat a little bit of a salad, or just eat a little bit of whatever you want. The reason people get over weight in America is because they eat so much, not becaue of what they eat.
