Has anyone been given a Zinc/Erythromycin lotion by their doctor for acne/red marks?

I went to my doctor and asked him what i can do about red acne marks...i dont have spots just a few marks. And he gave me this cleanser/lotion. Just wondering if anyone else has used this and got results? He said its really good to keep acne away and its for mild acne.

i think it the same stuff i got ... and if it is it s brill really works in moderation.

Zinc is very good for acne, and erythromycin is an antibiotic so will prevent further acne breakouts.

yes it's great
it worked on me within a week of starting it
