you should congratulate yourself on your decision, and realize that it was the RIGHT one. If he is so immature as to treat you poorly just because you didn't go out with him, then it's obvious that he would have been a bad choice for you. He needs to grow up.

I can understand your hesitation about going out with your brother's friend because of the implications of what can happen when and if it goes bad, but: the age gap has nothing to do with it! If you are interested in this person and think he is mature enough for you tell him you've changed your mind and would like to see if you two have a future together. Take heart! That might just scare him off then you wouldn't have this problem. What do you mean he is being mean to you? Abusive? or no communication?

you do not say what he requested you...yet till you're underage, or you've been assaulted, why does it remember? Did you purely like the thigh rubbing and cheek kissing? if so, why would your brother care (again, till you're too youthful)?

If you can, talk to him about why he is so mad. If he gets pissed off even more, then you can say to his face that he doesn't really want to go out with you. If he doesn't do anything, then you're right about not wanting. If he does something about that, like try to stop you from walking away, then he might actually listen. Give it a try!

Well, it sounds like he has maturity issues. Also keep in mind that it hurts to be rejected. If he's mean to you, ignore him. He'll either wake up and start acting nice, or you will realize he's not much of a friend to keep.

Look at this logically. If he's mean to you now, imagine how he would've been to you if you'd said yes! You know made the right choice!
As for him, well he is just proving he needs to grow up.

you musn't like him if you said no. if he's being a jerk to you, stop talking to him! If you said no because of age difference, point out that he's acting very childish, and you don't want a baby, you want a man.

talk to him about it. if you said no, it obviously means that you don't feel the same way about him that he does about you. tell him that because you said no, it doesn't give him any authority to be rude towards you. that's not fair, but i can see where he might be uncomfortable. but just try to talk to him about it.

Ignore him and try meeting his sister at other locations, at least for a little while...He needs to fix his ego. :)
