At present everybody in Iraq Suffers from mental dissordersso it could be the right place for him.This sounds terrible, I know.and it's not a joking issue either.You shoud put him on a plane to Hawai telling him that he is flying to Iraq.

U could go to court to file an order for his protection based upon mental illness! Other than that 18 he is legal he can do what he wants.

I guess if his mental disorders are really extreme you may want to consider having him committed...on the other hand if his mental disorders are not that bad and he is of sound mind.....he is 18 and you really can't stop him.....That's a question only you can answer.......what is really best for your son? Have you sat down with him and asked him why he wants to visit Iraq in a manner that makes him feel he can really talk to you ans be honest with you? You obviously really care about him.

He is a legal adult. If he truly has a mental debilitation you can have him committed but of course he will resent you for it and end up going anyway. Sometimes parents need to let their ADULT children makes their own choices to learn life's lessons.

i would not let him go!! but he is 18 and i think he can make his own choices!! its also dangerous this time of year with the war, if it were me i would just warn him about how dangerous it is and with his mental disorders its not a very wise idea!!

only way to visit is by military,and he wouldn't qualify for it!!
