it's Pasteurize milk...derived from the name the French scientist Louis Pasteur(he invented the pasteurization of milk)..there's no word and meaning for pasturised!....
the difference is that... Pasteurized milk is heated (killing microorganisms in milk) while Unpasteurized is from the word itself.,, 'non-heated'.....

As you see above the Pasteurized milk is processed in order to be sterilized. Therefore considered safe for consuming. If you come in contact with unpasteurized milk one should boil this milk before drinking to make it safe for consumption. There are still areas in other counties where milk is not pasteurized.

Pasteurized milk is milk that has been heated to kill germs especially the turburculosis germ. Unpasterized milk is raw milk straight from the cow.

pasturized milk has had it's tempurature raised and kept there for a period of time during processing to kill almost all bacteria. unpasturized comes with any available bacteria. now we have ultra pasturized
products, mostly cheese, that won't spoil due to bacteria even if they are not refrigerated. in other words they have been pasturized to the point that NO bacteria exists.

its to do with the way its sterilized i think, to a process of partial sterilization, especially by heating.i guess pasteurized is prob a better type of drink for you
