Hey, when i go to the gym i do the basic bicep curls, chin ups bench press, dumbel flys, yet i never relly do squats, power cleans, or dead lifts. Im just started bulking and i want to gain some serious mass, so today im relly going to focus on deadlifts, power cleans, and squats. Im not going to do anything neer my max, but should i wear a belt for saftey? I dont know how good my form will be cus ive never done them before. So i dont wana injure anything should I go buy a belt or just lift anyway. Also do the belts make ur abdominals weaker?
