No it's not wrong that you still love him, really, it's only right because if you can lose love for somebody that quick, you really didn't want him. I relate to you totally about the cheating. Give him another chance and if he messes up again than leave him because he's not ready for a real relationship. The key is don't fall madly in love with someone who is not really feeling you, from now always be on point because something could go wrong in the relationship. The worst thing you could do is fall in love and get your heart broken. Just be careful.

You need to face the facts. Once a cheater, always a cheater. If he was completely happy with you, he wouldn't have even thought about straying. Once he did, he broke your trust. It may hurt to leave him, but in the end, you will move on to bigger and better, and he will just move to the back of the bus [metaphorically speaking that is.]

Once a cheater, always a cheater. Don't take him back, unless you like the idea of history repeating itself later on.
If you have any pride, you will let yourself cry over the break-up, you'll lick your wounds and then you'll start a new chapter in your life without the cheater.
Stay strong and true to yourself.

It isn't wrong to still love him, no. But the question is, can u trust him not to cheat again? The old saying is, once a cheater always a cheater.

It's not wrong to love him but I would not have taken him back. Whatever excuse he gave you, forget it, it doesn't mean anything. He probably feels now that he can do whatever he wants with whomever he wants and you'll take him back. He wants to have his cake and eat it too.

I think that you should only forgive him if you truly love him and believe in your heart that he won't do it again. But you have to ask yourself why did he do it in the first place? and if he loves you like you love him, why wasn't he thinking about the fact that he would hurt you by doing that?

True love is loving someone without needing them to love you back or actually without expectations
