I believe that prayers should be from the heart. I believe this because the Bible showed that the ritual 'prayers of many words', that the Rabbinic priests were praying, were viewed by Christ, & therefore by God, as showy & unnecessary. Jesus & his disciples prayed regularly, but never set a schedule as to when this would be, but rather because by talking to God often, you become closer to him & allow him to be closer to you. There are certain times that I set aside in the day, such as right before I go to bed, that I may usually say a longer prayer than my prayers throughout the day, & that is because that is when I have time to myself, am able to concentrate the most & speak the most from my heart to Him. The Bible says to draw close to God & that he will draw close to you, like a friend. You wouldn't talk to a close friend about the same thing over & over, or limit yourself to designated times. Yes, sometimes it is necessary to make quality time for a friend in your busy life. And I believe that you should also make time for God. But I believe that doesn't mean that you need to set a 'prayer schedule'. You also call on a friend when you are in need, or even when you just want to talk - these things just can't be scheduled - it is the same when talking to God. (Again, understanding that you are looking for views from all religions, I have no disrespect for other views.) :)

I pray with all things. The job of mopping the floor, and doing the best job of it for the love of Jesus is a pure prayer and sometimes one I think is more valuable than one just babbled off and not meant but yes I do structured prayer too along with the best prayer there is --- The Mass.

I don't have a schedule for prayer, no. But I do find myself praying at least once a day. I'd consider that pretty punctual for me.

Punctual? I don't think God will accept punctual prayers, as they are not genuine, but scheduled. The heart is not involved. God wants a pure heart.
It is a humble heart that God loves, and when a humble heart cries out to God in thanksgiving, repentence, adoration or praise God accepts it.

I would have to admit to being irregular in prayers.
I once believed more than I do now. I still say grace before meals and some times I find old prayer running like chants in the back of my mind.

Very. By "rule". I'm very "regular". The Latin word for "Rule' is "regula". I keep a rule - a "regular" schedule of the Offices of Daily Prayer. Called the "Officium Divinum" - the "Divine Office".
