I think you should see a doctor, I really think you are suffering from a major depression and may need to take some antidepressant medication. Do tell your parents as soon as possible, they are the best people to help you on this problem...

Sounds like you really need to talk to your parents, they should be your first step towards help in this issue. You also need to see a doctor to see if there's an actual medical reason for your decreased appetite. The sleepiness, the dizziness, etc, those are because you're undernourished. If you can manage to eat more, those symptoms should decrease. If the doctor can't find anything medically wrong, then you're into the realm of counseling. I know some people have this negative stigma regarding psychiatrists, but if there's no physical reason, with the way you describe your eating habits, this isn't something you'll be able to tackle alone. You'll need help. I wish you the best of luck. Asking this questions is always a great start.

Yes you do have an eating disorder and unless you are extremely clever and lucky your parents will have an idea there is something wrong.
You are getting tired easier, dizzy, feel like fainting and shattered all the time because you're not giving your body enough food so it can work.
If you continue then soon your hair will start to fall out and you will look ill. I'm not trying to scare you but I've been through this and I now have the bald patches and poor health to prove it.
You have to start eating and more than the odd sandwich a day, you need at least 2 decent meals. If you choose healthy meals that contain the stuff your body needs you can lose weight but safely.
Trust me you do not want to end up like me.

The fact that you are forcing it is good, it is something you need to tell your parents about though! I mean it! Do you know what Anorexia is? When your anorexic it means that you look at yourself in the mirror and to yourself you look fat when you might be extremely skinny. You don't eat, and when you do you usually throw up, it's a good thing you don't throw up your food, but you do need to start eating more, without forcing it too. If you tell your parents then they can send you to someone to help. My mom used to work for this lady that actually talks to people about there eating habits, and will go to resturants or stores with them to see what there eating and to show them whats good to eat etc. Your parents can set up daily appointments with somebody like that that will help you be able to eat again!

well. if you WANT to eat and you dont want to have an eating disorder, then you don't. you may have a chronic illness or low thyriod, and i would advise you to get that checked out.

i know what it's like. i think i look fat but my friends all tell me that i'm fine, too.
