I've witnessed miracles. Actually I experienced one with my son with liver cancer. 2 months ago, he needed a liver transplant because of tumors that surrounded his liver. Through prayers to The Divine Mercy, The Lord Jesus, it's all gone now! Doctors were really surprised. I witnessed the lame walk, the blind see, the paralysed healed and deadly diseases were cured through a lady gifted by the Holy Spirit to heal through the Divine Mercy. I can bring you to the place if that will affirm your faith. Miracles happen everyday.

I believe there are miracles performed still, although we are not inclined to believe that they are miracles. I have heard of a number of miracles performed, even a man who was confirmed dead by medical personnel in a vehicle accident and came back to life. This man was prayed over by many Christians across the country at the same time a fellow Christian placed his hand on the man after being told by God to do so.
It was estimated that the man was dead for over an hour. This is unheard of in this day and would probably be explained away by skeptics, but the accident was verified by multiple witnesses.
I also do not believe we see miracles because most Christians are taught that the miracles performed in the early church were for a certain time and then would cease. I personally do not believe this. Jesus stated that if you pray, you should have no doubt that it will be answered. Why would anyone expect to see miracles if you doubted they happen anymore?

No, we don't deserve anything. That is why Jesus died for us, so that he could pay the price for something we never could have hoped to achieve.
The Apostles believed anyway, but they got to see miracles in order to strengthen their faith. God does not have to prove Himself to us, and if he did, then the concept of faith would be moot. If believing in God was as simple as learning chemistry, then people wouldn't really yearn for God or love Him, just take Him nonchalantly.
It is true that scriptures have been skewed, but so too has our current media. At the very least, the scriptures have a good lesson to teach and attempt to be honest.
There were miracles, and there continue to be. Take, for example, the story of the missionaries in Tiajuana who were giving out Thanksgiving food to the homeless living in a dump, and even though they had one turkey they fed over a thousand people. Or my baby brother, who had a potentially life-threatening heart defect that the doctors said would never heal, that healed on its own after a novena to the Blessed Mother.
Jesus was a nice guy, and the Son of God. I strongly encourage you to think for yourself, and accept Him.

We don't DESERVE anything. We have no merit of our own before the creator of all things good.
And yet, though we did not deserve it, God sent his Son so that through his mercy we might be saved.
That said, I have personally witnessed miracles.
If you are looking at or for God with a defiant, prideful heart, chances are high that you won't see any miracles. Although you could--who knows? God has sometimes done things to/for people who were not seeking him.
And yet if you seek God with a humble heart, you will see miracles. Your eyes will become opened and your heart will become attuned--and you will be able to see the miraculous work of God in your life and the lives of others.
But if you're just sitting around waiting for the one Coke and two Reese's peanut butter cups in front of you to turn into a pigeon and eight bicycles, you may wait forever. And if you are awaiting such evidence but not seeking God, you may never find him.
Seek and ye shall find.

God has a true Ministry in the world today that have had miracles happen, & God sent a True last day Major Prophet to the end time age, But many did not reconigze it, God use him to Pray for the sick & cancer tumors instantly fell off, & this man could tell you your address & phone # without even knowing you, But it doesn't make any difference with people today, Because they will deny it, Because they left God out of the whole pictures. This generation rejected this Major Prophet when he was alive, Just like they did when Jesus was here. He went to the Jungle in Africa & Challenged the witch doctors, One certain tribel had a Chief sick & all their witch dotors done all their mumble jumble, & then they ask if your God can raise our Chief up, we will serve your God, Instantly after he prayed, Their chief came off his bed to be made whole. Now if you want to study it for yourselve you can at www.William Branham .com Study & see what you think. This generation did not reconized their visitation of God.

Jesus left the work to be done by us, it is our responsibility to do the miracles now, and to recognize them as such. Look around, haven't you noticed that there are miracles going on daily moment by moment. It is your duty to reaffirm your belief and faith in God, not the other way around. The foundations was laid by Jesus, get to work and understand what you are seeing and experiencing in your life and I bet you will find that your entire life is a miracle.

We see miracles every day, like when one comes out of a coma or is suddenly cured of cancer that amazes the medical profession or walks away from a car crash without injury whereas they "should be dead". Also, look around you and smell the roses, see the wonder of living plants and trees, the cycle of life and death. Faith is the key for without faith, there is no hope and where there is no hope, there is no life.

It certainly would make believing a whole lot easier, wouldn't it? Verses such as John 20:29, "Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and have believed." sound like an attempt to say that it is more admirable to believe in things for which there is no proof. Unfortunately, that kind of thinking leaves a person open to accept any bizarre claim as being truth without giving it any rational thought. I'm glad that scientists don't operate that way.

No you do not deserve miracles. We live in the age of faith, and faith is believing without seeing. That is what Christianity is all about.

First of all, there are many miracles today. Also, note that the reason they saw these miracles is because they were following Jesus. If you want to see miracles, go where God is. You will discover that Jesus simply said "follow me", and they got up and followed PRIOR to seeing any miracles.
God will NOT give miracles to those whose hearts are hardened against him. He does not "prove" himself to a closed heart.
On the other hand, if we knock on his door (open our heart) to him, he opens the door for us. Or if he asks us and we go without question, we open this world of miracles also.
Parables were for the hard-hearted to misunderstand, and for the open-hearted to understand.
As for miracles, how about a man asking God to give a woman a dream, she has one the next day without knowing he asked, he asks God the next day for another dream to confirm, she has another dream the next night, and all of this is without them talking to each other?
And just perhaps the dreams were about their spiritual union by God.
If you want to see miracles, prepare yourself. God is AWESOME, and he is very much working in this world.
Lord, thank you for opening up yourself to humble and willing hearts.
