Give yourself a couple years before you start worrying about your weight. You'll be hitting a growth spurt in the next few years and then you'll have a better idea of how much weight you would like to lose. I was around the same size and after I hit my growth spurt I lost a lot of weight and now I'm only 110 lbs at 5'5". I didn't diet or exercise, I just slimmed down naturally. So don't be too hard on yourself.

1. Drink lots of water atleast 8 to 12 glasses.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast with a fruit. Eating breakfast improves metabolism and you will loose weight.
3. Walking is the best exercise to loose weight. Walk atleast 1 hour everyday. Slowly start jogging.
4. Exercise will help you loose weight. Add exercise to your routine. Get some hand weights and do some strength training exercises and some leg exercises, abs. Exercising will help you loose weight faster.
5. Whatever the case, dont ever skip meals or go crash diet, since you are young if you do it you will loss the youngness in your skin, become tired or lethargic and may gain back your weight soon again.
6. Eat a balanced diet. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
9. Avoid sodas, fruit juices, ice cream, rich desserts, sugary stuff completely. Occasional treats and chocolates cravings are fine.

Hope this helps to get you started. Good luck!

Hello, a doctor once told someone that in order to lose weight a person had to eat less and do more. Meaning the amount of actions you perform should be more than the food you eat.

Now, the foods you are eating are they nutritious? Do the foods you eat give you energy and at the same time keep you filled up more? Do you eat a good breakfast to begin your day? Even walking up and down some stairs is exercise. Make sure you do some form of physical activity at least 3-4 hours after you eat, try to eat dinner by 7pm.

Do not go to sleep right after you have eaten any meal. Anytime you eat carbohydrates (especially bread, potatoes, chips, pastries, beer, pasta, rice and sweets), it is converted into sugar by your body during digestion. In order to now use this sugar up as fuel, your body releases a hormone called insulin needed by your cells to convert the sugar into energy.

Keep the above advice in perspective because your body hasn't fully matured yet, but developing healthy eating habits at a young age is helpful as you get older.

Hope this helps
Good luck

I myself am a little heavy for my age but i think its your bones. If you drink a lot of milk your bones get tougher and tougher stronger and stronger but i can never lose 20 pounds ever. So lie about you weight and say you are at least 10 or 20 lbs lighter.
