Take some thread and put it through a needle.

CAREFULLY thread the needle (& thread) under the ring from top (tip of finger) to bottom (palm of hand). Take needle off thread but leave thread under the ring.

wrap thread around finger (a little tight, not tight enough to cut off all blood flow) and wrap up about a half inch or more (thread will be wrapped around finger from edge of ring up not quite to the knuckle).

Grab ahold of the end of thread that should be dangling below the ring, pull up slowly.

As you pull the ring up your finger it will force it over the "stuck" place as the thread unwraps.

Good luck

Instructions
STEP 1: Soak your hand in ice-cold water if it is swollen. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the swelling to recede.

STEP 2: Apply lubricant around the ring and up the length of your finger. Hand lotion, dishwashing liquid or olive oil will do the trick.

STEP 3: Twist the ring as you slowly work it up and over the knuckle. You may need to apply some force to get it over the first knuckle. Make sure to twist, not tug.

STEP 4: If the ring still won't budge, visit a doctor to have it removed.

Overall Tips & Warnings
If you're experiencing swelling from an injury, it is important to remove any rings before the swelling worsens, because the rings might cut off the finger's blood supply.

Stick her hand in ice for a minute or two. The cold will shrink her finger. Then twist the ring loose. If that doesn't work, have her hold her hand up in the air (the blood will rush from her fingers making them shink slightly) and put either cooking oil, liquid soap or hand lotion on. Then again, try twisting the ring loose.

Just apply some liquid soap around the finger and steadily have the ring pulled out ! Isn't this too simple ?

what is going on ought to come off. the 1st element you ought to do is cool down. each and all the pulling and twisting is probably making your finger further and extra swollen and making it extra durable to take the hoop off. hands are oftentimes puffy in the morning- all you ought to do is attempt lower back later. as long because it rather isn't any longer reducing off all your circulate, there isnt a hurry. attempt raising your arm above your head for a jiffy and attempting lower back. this ought to reason somewhat some the blood that reasons the swelling to flow away out of your finger and make your finger somewhat smaller.

Put soap all around the finger and pull it off under running water. It should come off like butter.
