Well, I would suggest a mix that I use myself. Gliss Kur total repair and Mane 'n Tail shampoo, Gliss Kur liquidid Silk (it has liquid silk components in it) Conditioner and Mane 'n Tail conditioner. Every time you take a shower put a little bit of each shampoo in your hand and use as normal. Same for the conditioner. Makes hair thicker and silkier.

I use Pureology's shampoo for body and the matching conditioner - it comes in a pink bottle and smells delicious. I use a small amount of a moisturizing oil for shine. To refresh your hair, try using regular Neutragena shampoo and conditioner for a couple of days to get all the build up out - Aveda also makes a good clarifying shampoo. I also use lemon juice every now and again to help get rid of the build up - just put some of the juice in a spray bottle and use liberally - especially around your scalp - leave in for a few minutes then shampoo out.

Honestly, for me, I like my girls smart. It's actually pretty fun to have a debate worth getting into. So the first or second girl of my choice would be girl five. I'm a religious person as well, but then science sometimes gets in the way of thinking, I'm not too sure if I would like a girl who's super religious, and expects you to be like her. At least if she had the ability to understand that everyone has their own opinions. So my third choice would be girl four. Girl three sounds a whole lot like me, especially the part where she will never start a conversation with someone with anybody she doesn't know. But then I don't really know what to really say, because my best friend shares the same personality. But definitely first or second choice. I think I'll stop at three, because basically, I don't like flirts, or illiterate people. So, sorry to girls one and two...

Go here http://www.redken.com/yourhair/proc.cfm?action=rec_step1 and fill out the questions. Redken will help you generate a shampoo and conditioner (along with styling products) that are just right for your hair type. If Redken isn't a product you can find, your results can help you as you search for products either in the grocery store or beauty supply.

Good luck!

Okay...
For a shampoo use "dangerously straight" by Herbal Essences.
For conditioner use "body envy" by Herbal Essences.
Also if you want a great bounce use "Professionals Volumizing Foam Mousse" by Suave.
