Yes... they really do exist..And there are many more than anyone has ever actually admitted. They come in all shapes and sizes, and in all different types of temperments. So pick yours carefully.
Also, when picking out a fosterchild, make sure you dont get one without any bad habits.. like picking their teeth with their toes nails, at the dinner table.. and the like. No I don't have any.. I am still looking for one that comes equiped with their own Super hero gear..

It may be rude to answer a question with a question, But I have no idea what your looking for. What about foster children? Do you want to know where to go to find about about becoming a foster parent? Do you have foster children now? -Are yur kids driving you crazy? Do your neighbors have children that you think aren't cared for properly and you would like to see them go to a foster home? What is your question?!?

What is the question .... do you want to know what a foster child is ..... they are a ward of the state in order for there biological parents to better themselves to take care of them.
