Take him to the Vet and make sure he is not in allot of suffering or pain. If he is; you must decide what to do as far as his, ending time of life is concerned. Otherwise the Vet will give you something to help his problem and something for aches and pains just like an older persons Doctor would do for people.

Take the dog to the Vet. This is serious the dog needs treatment.
All those toxins that are expelled in pee are still in the dog's system and the dog is getting terribly toxic.

Take him to the vet! This can be very dangerous as he can get uremic poisoning. Call the vet immediately and get the dog in today

This will happenn when your dog gets old... it might depend on the dog breed, but talk to a vet--FAST, it could be serious...(bladder stones, blockage)

well it sounds he needs a vet but if that is not possible rub down his stomach close to his "spot" but not onit really gently, it can help masage the muscles to let them relise the urine and clear the blockage...i have tried this before on my puppy it works trust me :)
