Paracetamol is tylenol (acetamenophen) and aspirin is well- aspirin.
Tylenol (Paracetamol) is a painkiller, more technically described as a non-opioid analgesic. Tylenol blocks the production of chemicals, known as prostaglandins, which are involved in pain transmission. Aspirin on the other hand, and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, blocks pain at the site of the pain, whereas Tylenol blocks the prostaglandins in the brain

If I remember correctly, Paracetamol is more similar to Tylenol than aspirin.

both r same but asprin is used as a pain reliver and parcetomol and parcetomol is for headachs & minor problems.
