I think that it means either your heart is tender towards the Lord, and that you understand what a great gift He has given us through salvation in Jesus Christ; or you are being convicted by what the word says about your sin, and understand your state, and need for a Savior.

Either one is not bad. As long as you are acting on what you read, that cannot be a bad thing.

What does it mean to read the bible an it causes you to Cry?? It means you are feeling the spirit of God within your heart. You have been blessed by God to have such a wonderful experience. God is in your heart as unconditional Love.try to remember Gods presence all the time. Pray to God,please send me a teacher to show me how to know you better. What it means, I'm guessing that's what you meant, is that you were emotionally moved by what you read.

It could also mean you read it and laughed so hard you cried.
