No. You need to check ahead when making reservations to restaurant, theatres, etc. some places only accepts cash only, or certain credit cards, AX, Visa, and or Mastercard. Some places may or maynot take debit cards.

Almost everywhere. They are making available so people can be in debt. I have 6 kids, I'm buying ALL their presents from my credit card and I bet i won't be in debt. They get 10 presents each!

You should be able to use credit cards at all of the same kinds of places that you would normally use them at home.
Defininitely not at a pay toilet though!

no its like everywhere else. lots of places are cash only and others dont except many types of credit cards... make sure to bring LOTS of money and dont be relying on your card..

No, a lot of the European restaurants are cash only or if they do take a cc it is only American Express. I have been to many places to eat, which only take cash too.
