Boil pasta, any kind.
Fry - without browning - onion in oil, add garlic, fry one more minute, then add a little white wine. Boil to reduce the wine. Add some pieces of ham and tomato, boil carefully for five minutes. If the sauce gets dry, add some of the pasta water. Mix the sauce with the pasta and some fresh herbs if you have, put mozzarella or Parmesan on top, and grind pepper over everything. Mmmm!

How about pasta w/ garlic, hot pepper, anchovie paste & olive oil? So quick, a 1 dish meal, kind of on the light side. Serve w/ some grated parmesan & lovely glass of wine & some raw baby carrots, so you can say you had your vegetable! :) Cheers

Some light rice or pasta based thingy. Depends on what you have. Basically high carbs but low fat and protein, so it won't make you feel heavy and full just before bedtime.

You can opt for some fruits and top it up with yogurt to fill the stomach more. Or go for raisins too.
That way, you can feed one another too ;)
