im female,13 and need to loose a lot of weight without moving from my house :(

Excercise, even jump roping, jumping on a trampoline, doing crunches, walking fast around house, etc will speed up your matabolism and you also can try cutting back on your sugar intake and saturated fat. Those all play a big part on fat buildup. Try eating more veggies and fruits, and lean meats and protein. These all get your body goind. Eat a well balanced but healthy breakfast and never skip breakfast.

You need to buy a platic beaded jump rope- this will take pounds off you faster than you can imagine. Start up w/ a light skipping, do as long as you can. From there you need to build up, and eventually try actually jumping with both feet off the ground for minutes straight on. Jumping rope is the best form of cardio you can get, literally.
You also need to diet, but I can't say how because your metaboilsm might be slower than usual people's. You need to cut back on portion sizes- literally half everything that you eat- eat only 3 standard meals a day of HEALTHFUL quality- no white bread, sugar, etc. Drink lots of water.
I don't know what you're stating exactly when you say you can't leave the house- do you mean like you can't go out for a run or soething? If not, jumping rope is te best form of exercise you can do, and with that you can do some kind of weight bearing exercise, like push ups and crunches and such. This will all help you lose weight.

Well first how tall are you and what do you weigh? Do not beat yourself up you need to respect yourself first and then take care of you. Start by eating right, junk foods or the wrong foods will not get you any where either will over eating. The best way to go is eating several small meals throughout the day. It keeps you metabolism going and cuts down on hunger. Also you need to exercise, even go walking, start small and keep increasing it as time goes. Why do you not want leave your house? You need exercise and unless you have some equipment at home you are going to have to get out and go for that walk.

Skipping, step aerobics on the bottom step of your stairs, crazily enthusiastic housework, star jumps etc. Get a fitness DVD which you can do in your living room! They're kind of fun in a weird way and it's good exercise. Also make sure you don't eat junk food - if you're craving food eat an apple or some fruit, the natural sugars last longer in your body than sugars in chocolate, sweets, fizzy drinks etc so you don't feel like eating for longer.

First off stop saying im fat! Thats just gonna get you down which will make you not want to exercise.

If you really cant go out the house then run up and down the stairs! Or if you have a back garden run around that or even walk. eat sensible and most of all be happy! Dont get yourself down about it, chin up.

Who say's you're fat? I bet you're not as big as you think you are you know, all teens go through some phase, too fat too thin too ugly etc............... by all means eat healthy and exercise, this will set you up for a healthy adult life, but concentrate on your studies, and doing "teen" thigns, and i'm sure everything will fall into place.Also, if you're very, very down about your weight, see a doc, He can advise if you really need to lose weight and the safest way to do it.Please mention to him you are very low in mood. If you have any excersice equipment in your house, use it, or do crunches on the floor. You can run in place, run up and down the stairs, and eat healthy too.

Try stepping up on to a step and down again, skipping is good or jogging on the spot.
