depending on the location and the accredidation of the shcool. in many cases, if u are going through a local community college, then yes, u can, u may even qualify for financial aid rather than a loan. go to your local community college and see if they have a certification program for it, also, some private schools will help u with job placement. Look into petsmart and the like to see if they have anything like that.
