Pick up a copy of 'Men's Fitness' magazine.
There are always loads of exercising tips. If you don't have any weights, you could improvise with bags of sugar etc.

How to lose 10 pounds quickly

You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.

Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.

Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.

So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly


* Drink lot of water

* Eat a healthy breakfast

* Do not eat any thing in between the meals

* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least


So go ahead with this and gives yourself a Christmas gift by losing more pounds and look sexier, healthy and more confident.

Try this it was invented by a dietitian for obese people who need an operation in two weeks time.
There is enough for one week so freeze half freshly made to last the week.
I cheated and did it for a whole month every other month went from a 40in waist to a 32in without to much effort.

Operation Soup

Ingredients.

3 large onions
1 large or two small green peppers
1 bunch of celery
½ head of green cabbage
1 leek
2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of French onion soup (any brand)
3 vegetable stock cubes (I use oxo)

Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces if your not going to liquidize.
Place all in a large pot add enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked add more water if necessary.

NOTE
To be eaten as a two meal replacement (largest and the smallest).
You can still have a light lunch or light evening meal.
Should not exceed 5 days at a time and 10 days a month.
You will pass more water so make sure you keep up your water intake.

You could try a playstation 1/2 with a dance mat and dance game. (if you've already got one at home). It's quite fun as well

Any exercise is better than none, so in effect, 6 x 10 min bursts of exercise still adds up to 1 whole hour. If 1 hour is too much, just try doing little and often, by breaking it up into smaller sections.

Walk instead of going for the bus. Or even get off the bus 1 stop earlier and walk the rest of the way.

Im doing Tae Bo its great at helping shift excess pounds and toning muscles. Try ebay for dvd's you can get them cheap on there.
