Literally "have a great weekend" but no Italian would say it because it gives the impression of a very large weekend rather than one which is enjoyable! However, whoever said it to you obviously did so with the best of intentions and I hope that you do have a wonderful weekend!

It's Italian but it is not correct. I guess someone wanted say "have a great weekend" and translated it using an on line translator, but in Italian "have a great weekend" would be "buon fine settimana" or "divertiti questo fine settimana".

"Avere una fine settimana grande" is like to say in English "to have a end week big". It means nothing.
