I asked the same thing and this is the best answer I chose
If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth. It may take 6 to 8 weeks to see results.
As to the cost of Nourishair, it is about 10 dollars for a one month supply.

just let it grow. On the average, hair grows one-half inch a month. Be kind to your hair. Do not wear tight ponytails because this can cause breakage which inhibits growth. Also, make sure that you are eating properly. This can really stimulate growth. Getting your hair trimmed every six weeks can help split ends and prevent breakage. Just remember that hair grows from the inside (the roots) so nutrition is very important.

grow it or get extensions though if done badly can look terrible and really damage your natural hair. however if you do plan to grow your hair naturally be aware that it is down to genetics as to how long it will grow. to be honest it is better to have short neat healthy hair than long hair thats it in bad condition.

Not cutting it will leave you with split hairs girl, so make sure you DO cut your hair but not too much obviously. Extensions work too, but make sure they r really what you want because some girls get extensions and they look so different and they'd look better wth shorter hair.
Good luck!!!!

deep condition your hair weekly with a good conditioner and make sure that you keep your hair moisture. also try to avoid putting so much heat in your hair( flat irons, curlers). finally make sure that you trim your ends every six weeks to maintain healthy looking hair.
