There are some among us that have had the pain of losing a child, may it never happen to you. That is more suffering than anyone should have to endure but to have to watch them tortured first.. That goes way beyond what any parent should have to deal with... Jim

She suffered in her life more than anyone else, except her Son Jesus.
It is a principle that the greater the saint, the greater the suffering sent into the life by God.
Now Mary was a saint who completely towers over all the other angels and saints.
But the suffering sent into the life of a true servant of God is not a despairing type of suffering, like someone who is severed from God and is in the gutter, but is a peaceful suffering.
As such suffering is deeper, the meaning perceived is also deeper, and God always gives strength and grace proportioned to the trial.
So that type of holy suffering does not involve dissatisfaction or torment, but shares in the peace of Christ, as one is following Christ in His Passion.

The Virgin Mari, or Mariann was originally the female counterpart of the Hebrew God El and has suffered through many incarnate demotions. It was no accident that Christian theologians had Jesus born of the seed of God through the Virgin Mari or Mary as she is known today.

By today's standards everyone alive 2000 years ago suffered. Without a far deeper knowledge of the culture she would have lived in, not to mention a deeper knowledge of her life, I can't make an informed decision as to whether she would have perceived her situation as one of suffering.

I love virgin mary
"And mention Marium in the Book when she drew aside from her family to an eastern place;
So she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man
She said: Surely I fly for refuge from you to the Beneficent Allah, if you are one guarding (against evil).
He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy.
She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste?
He said: Even so; your Lord says: It is easy to Me: and that We may make him a sign to men and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter which has been decreed.
So she conceived him; then withdrew herself with him to a remote place.
And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten!
Then (the child) called out to her from beneath her: Grieve not, surely your Lord has made a stream to flow beneath you;
And shake towards you the trunk of the palmtree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates:
So eat and drink and refresh the eye. Then if you see any mortal, say: Surely I have vowed a fast to the Beneficent Allah, so I shall not speak to any man today.
And she came to her people with him, carrying him (with her). They said: O Marium! surely you have done a strange thing.
O sister of Haroun! your father was not a bad man, nor, was your mother an unchaste woman.

She suffered by being stoned and humiliated by those who disagreed with her differences.
She suffered during childbirth as she birthed the Son of God, the future Jesus Christ.
She suffered persecution from the evil Herod who tried to destroy her child.
She suffered the pain of her son constantly traveling.
She suffered bigotry from those who despised Jesus for his righteous teachings.
She suffered the pain of seeing her son die for humanity's sin, to see her son in antagonizing pain while being humiliated by those who hated Him.
She emotionally suffered as her Son, dying on the crucifix, told her to move on.
She suffered the pain of having to entomb Jesus in a cave and let him rot for eternity (which he didn't).
She suffers the pain now of those who doubt her existence.
But she gave birth to Jesus, and had a wonderful family, a wonderful life and a son who saved the world. What more can she ask for?
She teaches us that no matter how bad things get, there is always something good.
God Bless

Her words:
"Oy .. with a son who hangs around with unemployed men (and the women .... don't even mention the women).. with no regular job .. no college ..always in trouble with the Romans ...and then there's that Judas guy ... did you ever meet an Iscariot you could trust, I ask? Do I suffer, you ask? Does Salome dance, does the John the Baptist get wet ?"

yes I think she did. She had a son out of wedlock, fortunately did not die for it as other women had. Then had to watch her first child die in a most brutal manner. Actually, I think Mary is just stuck in there for the women, and to replace the mother goddess in other religions.

Mary, if she existed, was raped by a Roman soldier and she made up the virgin conception story.
