im just trying to get in shape...if anyone can give me any advice about how to tone up, let me know

You are right it is a great start. I go to the gym 7 days a week alternating days between cardio and weights.For the best results you should have both in your work outs. Go slow, keep it fun and change it up so you keep the intensity different for optimal results.

STICK TO IT!! That is my best advice.

Do 30 min. for 5-7 days then move up to 45 min. for 5-7 days. Move up 15 minutes every 5 to 7 days.

Lay out a course and walk 2 miles every evening. We have a 30 min. walk, a 40 min. walk and a 1 hour walk. Depending on how we feel that night. But some is better than none.

Thats great and if its aerobic exersize you will be burning calories like crazy. Well Done You.

yeah...it is good.Working out on an empty stomach after u wake up helps burn more fat.Drink alot of water tho.
