Picky, but -by no means all alkaloids contain an amino group! They all contain nitrogen heterocycles as part of their structure and are as such cyclic amines . The other functional groups you list can be considered as "optional extras" and do not define an "alkaloid".

Amines, all alkaloids have the amino group.
