Usually tutorials with captions/voiceovers are the fastest, so that's why I prefer those, but it doesn't really matter, as long as they don't talk too much and they cut out the useless parts. I prefer videos kept under 6 minutes, and even then, I still skip some parts because I'm impatient.

go to www.amazon.com or www.bizrate.com and look for Mavis Beacon Typing Tutor. I have seen it for under $10. I have it and it is a great program. Things to type, check speed, exercises for specific fingers, each hand, etc. It really is good.
