Christmas is not just for kids. You can spend as much or as little as you can afford. Don't be pressured into spending huge amounts if it causes you stress. Take pleasure in giving gifts to your wife and receiving them from her too, and they don't have to cost the earth, either.

Forget the materialistic side of Christmas and be grateful that you have a wife and kids. Many spend Christmas alone.

What? Don't you guys get each other a little something for Christmas? Most people do. I am preggo with #4 and got my hubby a leather coat he has been wanting for Christmas, so it can always be fit in somehow. My hubby is also the only one who works, so it can be done even financially strapped.

Has she asked you for one in the past? If so, why is it an issue now? If not, maybe during the year you dropped some hints (unintentionally) of things you would like and she needs to know this...So,instead of getting you some you do not need, she wants to get you something you can...Its the Holiday, don't mess it up for her...Good luck.

First of all, it is CHRISTmas....second, she loves you, you silly man. That's why she wants a list, so she'll know what you want, and she can pick something from the list to buy you. Christmas is about giving to those you love, not just children. p.s. don't forget to get HER something.

Christmas is for everyone. If you do not think it is for your wife as well as any kids, then it is time YOU grew up. Sorry, but you need to know reality.

My guess: she cares about you and wants to show that by buying you something.

Cynical answer: she wants you to buy her something for Christmas and is hinting at this by asking what YOU want...
