The reviews I've read give them pretty good marks, however not as good as you would get from Sony, Samsung & Sharp to name a few.
They are made by a Tiawanese company, Syntax and have a LG.Philips LCD panel with a PixelWorks video processor.
Remember, you usually get what you pay for. As long as high quality picture and certain bells and whistles such as HDMI input and 4:30 zoom mode and numerous fine tuning adjustments are not important to you then it might be okay. Check the detail specs and make sure something you really need isn't missing from the set.
Personally I would spend the extra bucks and go with Sony, Samsung or Sharp which are the top rated lcd sets.

Check out these reviews of the Olevia.
