I have breast implants and my daughter is 6 months old and my breasts still look the same as before. I am still breastfeeding so I guess I'll have to wait and see if they hold up, lol. I think breastfeeding tends to make ur breast a little saggy reguardless if u have implants or not. But when its all said and done you can have your breast fixed, and made perky again. You can't take back not breastfeeding. With my implants I have had absolutley no problems with nursing.

good question...i wanted to know that too. I bet it has a lot to do with breast feeding...and how much weight you gain/lost.
