I learned that, the minimum weight a woman should be, for every inch over 5 feet one should calculate an extra 5 pounds (starting at 100 pounds). For you that would be 125 pounds. The other rule to this, taking in account for bone density, is that up to 15 extra pounds may be added to be in the average range. This means the maximum should be 140 pounds. You should weigh between 125-140 pounds.
The most important point, you need to feel comfortable and good about yourself no matter how much you weigh. Like yourself the way you are and if it really bothers you, do something to change it. Feel good!

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI)
is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.
This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It
shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram =
2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to
overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good
weight loss goal.

I'm the same height as you and weigh a little less then you. Both you and myself have the correct bmi but i found that although i weigh the correct amount my body mass percentage is too high so im trying out a low fat diet and excersising to get rid of the extra fat that i have and try and turn it into muscle.

You can calculate if you are over weight by checking your BMI; this is usualy the ratio between your height and weight.
it usually ranges from 18 - 24 normal
beyond 24 is overweight
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

No, you are not overweight. You are at the upper end of the healthy weight range. Just maintain your weight or lose a few pounds if you want to and you will be fine. HTH : )

Do you have broad shoulders? Is your weight evenly distributed? If you have a muscular build, you will be heavier because muscle weighs more than fat.

By what standards? IMO, if you feel good and are healthy, you're not "over"weight no matter how much you weigh.
