The human body is a complex thing. Its not a computer or robot, you cant just tell it to turn feelings on or off. Tell him how you still feel. If there's no cnahce of the two of you trying again then the only way to stop feeling about someone liek this is to tell them. It will make you feel so much better and they will probably take it better then you expect.
good luck

Well, when you want to call him, do you actually call him or not? If you don't then, you're at least improving. Maybe you think so highly of your boyfriend and you feel that no one can take his place. You probably made him like a standard that new guys have to live up to and they just can't reach this standard... I suggest that you destroy or give all the things he gave you, next is to get a good friend who you can call when you want to call your ex. It would also help if you try learning a new hobby or a physical activity like sports or dance. You need to learn and experience new things because they offer a distraction. I also suggest that you don't get a boyfriend at all, until you've completely forgotten your ex. Take your own pace and make sure not to dwell on the past, think only of now and the fututre. Without the ex.

I wish I could give you a big hug. You will move on in time. Feel all of these feelings as long as you can and get it out of your system. Don't block out these feelings too fast. They Think about everything you've had with him in the past. It will make you sad but also know that it has made you a better person. At the same time, focus on your new relationship, your new boyfriend, love again slowly. Take heart! Things will be okay!

You have two choices: 1. Tell your ex how you feel and do everything possible to work it out, or 2. If he is just NOT INTERESTED, then you need to stop calling him, stop talking to him, stop doing anything associated with him until you are stable again. Its not fair on the guy you are with either. And make sure the new guy isn't just a rebound, 'cause that would suck. You don't HAVE to have a boyfriend. Chill out, go out, concentrate on your work, get in shape, go to gym, do things for you....and then it will all work out.
