Nothing at all. It's no big deal. Boobs have nipples and nipples get hard on occasion...why worry about it? I frequently go braless so my nipples are very apparent anyway. Of course guys look..they're guys, right! If they enjoy seeing my nips and it doesn't bother me, good for both of us.
