how do you define better future? money> dentistry or happiness>physics/astrol. life is not improved by money. all youve got is all you need. your life is your decision. say so.

Well, if you don't like dentistry, try another medical job. Physics majors are needed in the automotive indutry, pharmacies, any engineering project. Believe me you are wanted. So talk to your Dad let him know how you feel. Tell him know that you know he wants the best for you, and if he loves you, he'll let you decide. That's an ultimatum, but maybe he's had a traumatic experience that makes him feel he has choose your destiny for you. Talk it out. I'm sure you'll get results. If not, then try it. Look on the bright side: You are healing people in their minds and mouth. Good luck!

Well, quite frankly, I have known a lot of dental students, and all of them had a very high level of education whereby they would never have made such an ungrammatical job of presenting a sentence, so I might be forgiven for questioning the legitimacy of your contention that you are, in fact, a dental student. I know one thing..... I sure wouldn't want to become the patient of somebody who was resentfully doing a job that they never wanted to do, and felt they had been forced into it by a dominating parent.

What is success?

“A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and gets to bed at night, and in between he does what he wants to do.”

Among other things too.
