Since you are a school teacher, you need to be careful about how you handle this. I would think there would be a dress code. I know at my school clothing like that is against school policy. If it is at your school I think you should be OK to tell her that she needs to go down to the office to change her clothes. If not, tell the principal or head of your department.
Also, despite what a lot of people say, it's not your fault that clothing like that is very distracting. I think any man in any profession would be distracted by that kind of clothing. I know I have a hard time focusing on what I should when clothing like that is worn. You really have to work hard not to look and that takes away from what you are supposed to be doing.
Anyway, there's my two cents. Hope I could be some help.

Well, since you know it's your issue, then it's up to you to figure out how to not let it get to you so much. Don't know what level of school you're teaching in. I guess there's no dress code? Perhaps you should focus your attention elsewhere in the room. And it might be, she's got your number and knows that she's messing with your head by wearing a shirt that exposes her cleavage. All the more reason for you, as a teacher, to take your eyes off her breasts.

Of course you know why she wears that type of dress, she wants attention!
As for being distracted by it, stop beating yourself up, you're a guy, you can't help it.
Unfortunately, as a teacher you could be at risk, especially if she's a minor.
I'd try to ignore it and not respond in any way. Don't let her see you get distracted by it. She probably notices when you get distracted by her and that rewards her and encourages the behavior. If her apparel is outside the appropriate dress code (whcih is unlikely) request that 'powers that be' address it.

Many public schools have a dress code that covers things like this. Give this to your school administration; they are paid to cover topics like this and are not in every-day close contact with the student in question. The principal will not be accused of flirting with the student like a teacher could be.
Please follow through on this because it is a major distraction to the boys in the class as well---this is what caused me to do poorly in biology class as a 10th grader.
Good Luck

WAH-HEY!!! Just take a good look at those pert, dangling udders, those fun bags just made for a mans pleasure.
And remember, just one little squeeze and you will lose your job, get put on the sex offenders register and probably get your teeth kicked down your throat by her irate father.
Funny old world isn't it? But you can always have a good look and then, ahem, "fantasise" about them afterwards.
ps t its are boring, I mean they have a certain hypnotic quality but what use are they, really? they hold your attention for 30 seconds if you're lucky. It's hardly worth losing your job over this issue. And I'd seriously have to question you judgement in asking THIS load of disfunctional internet addicts the best way to behave. You should confide in an older colleague, NOW not later. hope this helps.

Dont buy her a jumper for xmas your her teacher that would look very inapropriate.
Dont the kids wear uniforms at your school.
If I was you I would not say anything to her my self as you may offend her and teen age girls can be bitches when their upset, you could end up with a sexual harrasment case on your hands.
I would ask another teacher to speak to her maybe a female one, tell her to remind this girl that she has far more to offer than her body and if she wants other people to think that then she should let them see her first and not her boobs.
remember tread carefully.

Don't say anything to her unless you want to get fired or accused of sexual harrassment.
You can approach the prinicpal (maybe anonymously) and suggest stronger dress code rules. That way if you do approach her it would be within the limits of the dress code, not your personal opinion.
You might also want to consider confiding an a female co-worker and having her approach the student.

You don't have uniforms in your school?
It's easy to make a mistake. When I was working in a hostel for asylum seekers I once wore a rather low-cut ensemble to work, because I had been invited out to dinner and didn't have time to go home to change. One of the guys (OK he was a Muslim) remarked on it. I said, 'You're not supposed to look.' His answer was, 'When you've got tooth-ache, your tongue always goes to the sore tooth.' No malice and no threat, but I understood his meaning.

look into the school guidelines and see if there's anything about dress ehtics or dress codes, if there is, then at least you have the reason to call her attention. If none, I would say, don't say anything because she'll only distract you more ( i do that, haha), just look into another direction, focus on the subject sir! Act as if it her boobs doesn't make a difference on your lecture =)

Danger for you, talk with the head and get her to wear something less distracting, or could be the end for you having a prick teaser in the class.
