If so, then in the Book of Genesis after Adam and Eve sinned who was WALKING in the garden and caused Adam and Eve to go and hide?

Good question. God the Father and God the Holy Spirit are both Spirit, as Jesus told the woman at the well in John 4:24;

"God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." - John 4:24

However, God the Son, became a Man approximately 2,000 years ago (that's why we celebrate Christmas).

As far as God walking through the Garden with Adam & Eve, either this was a pre-incarnate God the Son (know as a theophany) or this is anthropomorphic language (language that describes God in human-like terms).

I lean toward the theophany interpretation. There are several such events in the Old Testament (usually described as "The Angel of the LORD). Just as Jacob wrestled with God and got his hip knocked out of socket (Genesis 32), so Adam walked with God in the Garden.

Scripture tells us that God is a Spirit.
How he appeared to Adam and Eve in the garden is not recorded inthe Bible.

God is a spirit, he doesn't have gender nor even neutrality - he's not a he, she, or it.

Many believe that the person walking in the Garden of Eden was Jesus, same thing when a figure wrestles with Jacob.

God is not a man,I am certain he could take on the form of a man as did Jesus. How about that same garden, when God
says to Cain, " Your brothers blood crys to Me from the ground"
Did any man ever hear of blood crying from the ground,God is
God,not a man.

God the Father is spirit

God the Son appeared many times prior to His earthly ministry in the flesh, often referred to as the "angel of the Lord"

it was Jesus

Almighty Father can do both as Spirit and human, whatever He wants, depends on given situation.
Many times He appeared as human, eg. when He wrestled with Jacob, also, He rested after creating the world in 7th day. (human tiredness of expelling much energy and power from His body), etc.
...and Mess. Judaism said it is Jesus (Yeshua) since it is His personality being in human form.
No need to prove & disprove...they`re God, they can do what they want, in whatever form.

God "walking" is an illustration in human terms,
Just as God's spirit is also called his finger.

Human terms to describe spiritual things.

both! that's why he's GOD
just think about the movie the GHOST by demi moore patric swaize and woopi goldberg. why patric can walk as an alive man though he is a ghost. people can do that in a film because we're intelligent and god can do that too because he's not just intelligent but powerful too.
