your refrigetator could be saved at 40-one F or less warm. clean vegetables will save for some week in there. some vegetables final longer if wrapped in paper towel, no longer plastic. the paper will take in most of the mould inflicting moisture.

You could try looking up Sub-Zero. Or better yet, contact your local restaurant supply place. They have tons of contacts and catalogs, and can even help you put together what you'll be needing. My old supply place would even arrange for the installation.
