There used to be an airline called SABENA. People said that it stood for "Such A Bad Experience Never Again". Also there is one in the West Indies called Leeward Islands Air Transport, or LIAT, thats "Luggage In Another Town".

It is a toss-up between two airlines, both French. Probably the worst was AOM, on a long flight between Los Angeles and Tahiti. Tiny seats, no leg room, lights too brights, crowded, not enough staff, dirty. Now, the food was good.

The other is Air France in general, but that may be partly due to having to go through the awful Charles de Gaulle Airport. Giant bus station, dirty, noisy passengers, crowded, rude cabin staff, awful food.

Have you ever travel to Cuba?? Cubana has to be the worst airline. The staff try to make the best they can, but the airplanes do not help at all.
