Well I think Mark Martin has been about the most consistent driver in Nascar over the last 20 years, and is my all time favorite. Matt Kenseth will be a force to deal with the next 20.

There is no way this question has a fair answer.My favorite driver is not yours(no other answers).Yes Gordon and Johnson are good drivers in the "post"Dale Earnhardt era plus all you mentioned are good in the modern era,however you have to include all NASCAR from 1949 to present and if any of the drivers from the 50's.60's,70's,even 80's,are mention the young ones answering vote as a bad answer but when they look up the histor of NASCAR Gordon,Johnson,Earnhardt etc........would not be at their point of the sport if it were not for the drivers of the 50's,60's,70's.

Mark Martin. But, since he's not racing a full schedule in 2007, my championship hopeful is Kasey Khane. He's been my favorite since I got into NASCAR during his rookie year. So, he's my favorite I guess. I'm an Evernham fan now. So, I list Elliot Sadler and Scott Riggs as some of my favorite drivers too. I can't wait for Erin Crocker to finally break through. I'm sort of hoping at some point in her career she drives in the #19 UAW/Dodge Dealers Dodge. I also fell in love with Denny Hamlin this season. I'll follow him his entire career.
