Whisperers are people who talk about other people behind their backs. People who can't wait to tell other people about what shameful thing another person has done or how another person was caught in sin or fell short in their life.
Someone who makes a practice of doing such things is breaking the command to love your neighbor as yourself. While a believer might succumb to temptation and gossip upon occasion and then feel sorry about it later, a "whisperer" is someone who engages in hurtful gossip and doesn't care what the Bible has to say about that practice.

The bible does not say whisperers can not inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. Quote your source before you make such an outrageous claim. Don't expect everyone to have to read the entire bible as I did to prove you are full of crap. God bless kisses Betty

I'm not sure what you meant by whisperers, I know it says the rich won't inherit the Kingdom of Heaven if they hang unto their riches and not use is for the kingdom of Heaven. Or if their money is more important than God.

Romans 1:29 is the verse in question.
1- The KJV is the only bible anyway. Before you start using other translations PLEASE find out where they came from and HOW
It is used as a warning to not be a whisperer, do not demean others, as opposed to LOVE your brother-neighbor-enemy.

The Amplified Bible calles them secret backbiters and gossipers. Those 2 qualities are not part of the fruit of the spirit.

people who lie and promulgate lies (rumor-mongerers) destroy a person's reputation and spirit, bring false witness to the innocent. Think about it. The innocent are in heaven. The liars are not.
Also, they have judged based on false or dubious knowledge, and they spread scandal. Everyone should mind their own business or at least shug and say: "Is that so?" rather than feed the fires of false excitement.

I would imagine whisperes are instigators. I've seen them at work!
Their the ones who go around making subtle remarks about others. And
then the dumber ones go in the peoples faces, and they all end up
losing their jobs. While the instigator still has his job, and is laughing
is @ss off!

The reference is to those who spread malicious gossip behind someone elses back. It is a person who whispers slander in anothers ear.

I think gods talking abouts whispers incontinence pads for Lady's. Incontinence pads cant inherit the kingdom of heaven. They haven't got hygienic disposal systems for them yet. And lets face it who'd leave their kingdom to a tampon?
