May I ask how are you paying child support when you do not even know where they are? And why haven't you kept in touch more closely with your child? You should be looking for your child not the mother. Where is the child support being sent and are you yourself sending it or is it coming from your wages> If so they know where it is going. Contact your local Child services dept. She would have to have an address with them for her to receive a check. I'm not sure what your story is but if you have been abusive and do not have the right to see your child because of something thats has happened in your relationship they will not tell you. Good Luck.

there is not any such factor as low-budget abuse. Her residing affiliation and her pregnancies are no longer a attention whilst it comprises your boyfriend helping his infants. they are his childrens, no longer the present boyfriend's. How plenty the recent boyfriend makes and how little mom makes does not provide your boyfriend the splendid to be certain his infants deserve much less. He could have discovered some redeeming traits in her if he controlled to impregnate her three times. Is there a baby help order in place? If no longer, it particularly is the 1st factor your boyfriend could do. touch the county courthouse to get the information you're able to get the help ordered. That way, the county comes to a decision how plenty they get, no longer the dad and mom. Secondly, in case your boyfriend does not like the present subject, he can document for custody. Then he won't could pay a factor, if the youngsters stay with him.

This is tricky. She is the mom so you can't say she kidnapped the child. If you both have an agreement set up by the court for you to have visitation then she is in violation. You can go and file at the courthouse to petition for a change of status. This is still your child. You need to go to Child Support and report her disappearing act. They can also direct you to the proper authorities. You may be able to put a missing person report but it all depends on your particular situation.

The child support enforcement agency in which you send the support to, should be able to tell you this. You have a right to know the wareabouts of a child you are paying support to.
Did they move? Is their phone disconected??
Unless there is court order forbiding you to see the child,
You need to contact your local law enforcement agency and get their advice.

Option one -stop paying support and she will call to see what the hell is going on. Option two- Go to the local police or justice of the peace and ask what you can do about this, or file a complaint....
