Personally, I don't think so. I think over the years, people in power altered things to reflect their own beliefs.

Most of us today are confused about what is real and what is conjured up by man. I must say that the King James Bible has to be the most real thing Ive ever read, but most people today are more worried about whats going on in their own lives as opposed to others. I see that most people today if they were to look into the spirit world without guidance would go mad or even die from fright! So they hide and just live their everyday lives just as if nothing is real in the spirit world and what you see is all that is real because they cant see, smell or taste it, but it is real--it is very real just waiting for your end and you will find it eventually without fail! Just read and understand and believe and be led by the spirit, or you will find the wrong side when it's too late when there's no coming back to do it right! So lets all try to do it right now for "others" and joy will overcome us all! THE BEGINNING!

No. Only the "original autograph" was truly inspired. This has been the teaching of the Church from the beginning.
Transmission/translation errors are going to happen with any ancient document....but the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls was a pretty good indication that the Scriptural record that we have today is unique within the discovered documents of antiquity, in that very few changes are noted.
The works of Plato have many more errors or alterations...but nobody brings those up.

No. They are man made, to attract crowd. This will keep on changing. Every human is error prone.
The earlier statement may have an error in the Bible, so a rectification needs to be done, again some other error will come up, another rectification.
GOD THE SUPREME WHEN HE UTTERS ANYTHING IT IS FULL AND FINAL. GOD DOES NOT MAKE ERRORS.
In todays parlance people say computer error, but the fact is it an operaters error or a programmers error!!!

I personally think it"s just another way to keep controling the masses. The one thing people never do is question their "religious leaders" authority,so,they can get away with anything to procure their own "agenda".Classic example, literally every religion these days speaks about tithing to the church but,if go check most (if not all) bibles before the 14th century, the word tithe can"t be found in any of them, but none the less it still gets us to cough a huge part of or earnings ever so often.Seriously, think about it and not let yourself be blind folded like so many other generations were.

That is why we have ancient texts such as the dead sea scrolls to compare and the Bible is still amazingly accurate.
But there are a few spurious places that do not correspond to earlier texts which can be eliminated.
Such as John 8:1-11 which is not in the ancient texts.
Because we have predating texts we can eliminate errors, additions and embellishments.
God gave us the means to keep the Bible accurate by making sure we have the legitimate sources preserved.
My comment to derek b below is that the KJV Bible is itself only a translation and unless you can read ancient Hebrew or Greek you cannot claim that only KJV is the real mccoy as it too contains many errors that later have recognised and have been flagged as spurious in Bibles such as in the New World Translation. Ancient texts discoveries have brought new knowledge since the KJV was written many years ago.

Who knows, and it depends. I believe God continues to speak to mankind, and I believe we can speak to God through prayer, so why couldn't God interpret something or explain something to someone in a more clear manner. However, I do agree there have been many changes made to the Bible (including the King James) and those changes could have just been by man. We just need to be cautious as we read any scripture and seek confirmation from God as to the truthfulness of what we read.

If you are reading anything but the original King James Version, then you are being deceived. The bible you speak of sounds a lot like bibles such as the (NIV),and the new king james version. Both are counterfeits.Your actually making the same claims many before you have made. You can't prove what you say.
Did you know the same company that publishes the (NIV) is the same company that publishes the satanic book?

No this is done because people forget to use there brain, any text
that was left out, is readily available to anyone, and as for the interpretations, that is just stupid.I read the Holy Bible , also all
the gospels that were left out, and I have a far better understanding than any concordance, and retarded footnotes.

The Greek manuscripts are very collaborative and if you read the Greek, with a firm knowledge of the Greek language, the New Testament becomes very clear, and it remains very pure. That's why I am progressing towards giving up all English Bibles, because all of them mistranslate a word here and there, but no major doctrines or theology is in jeopardy because of it.

The KJV bible is perfect and always has been. Those who create the "easier to understand" new version are changing the word of God and have turned it into the word of man, and are doing it for the soul purpose to create a brand new version of the bible for patent pending royalties only.
Every time a new version of the bible comes out, a brand new patent comes with it, along with all those royalities that the maker of this new book of man shall recieve. It no loger is the word of God when they take away or add to the KJV bible.
God's word is to be understood and not interpreted.
Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
It does not say comes intreptation. It says comes knowledge and understanding. Interpretations are personal opinions that are different to many people. But the word of God is not open up to the intreptetation of man, but it is for man through the assistance of the Holy spirit, that they understand God's message. He will not give two different people a different message from the same scripture. That will never happen.
Ask the Lord to open up the scirptures to you, so that He shall give you knowldege.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
To rightly divide is to fully understand what God is telling you. You might have to study it over and over again until He makes it clear to you. Praise the Lord!!
