What can I do to get the apple style peak in my bicep.

i have been working out for 4 yrs now...and if one thing i have learnt its tht u DONT get results instanly !!!!! just keep training 2 times a week..not more...tht will overwork ur biceps.And workout heavy.my biceps were somewhere arnd 13in wen i started now it almost 17. so i guess u get the picture...Patience is the key in building muscle.Heavy workout and good diet will get u ur apple style peak in ur bicep .

Training 2x a week is fine, just train heavier and with more intensity, and make sure you're getting enough protein in your diet. Muscle isn't built instantly, but over time you'll start to see good results if you lift heavy.
Training the same muscle every day or every other day is a BAD IDEA and you shouldn't listen to people telling you to do so. Muscle isn't built while working out, it's built during your recovery. Lifting heavy weights tears your muscle fibers and then over the next couple of days they repair themselves and come back bigger and stronger. If you work the same muscle every day it will just damage the muscle and it will keep getting smaller and weaker without getting a chance to recover and grow. You have to do a really intense workout, and then give your muscle enough time to recover from it and build up.

Most people that i know work out at least 4 times a week to see decent results.

if you want your arms to get bigger do triceps too...their actually 3 times the size of your bicep muscle

u'll have to do more than 2x a week. try once a day. do as many watever u dos as u can until u get tired. thats how u build bulk.

Increase your workouts to every other day and also push yourself to lift more weight as you can.
