Yes, it's a scam. Don't give your personal info as they may attempt to list you as a visa "sponsor" or try to get into your bank accounts.

It is not wise to do immigration business on line,if you need a visa to go to another country,please con tack the consular office in your area they will advise you what to do dont send no money to any organization or individual be wise dont be fooled by other.

Funny that you mention that. Dr Phil had a show on this yesterday and several guest he had on the show lost large amounts of money by these scams...keep your money
